1. Check out is 10am - this is a strict policy given the cleaners will be arriving at 10:15am. Further charges will be applied if not adhered to.

2. Party Confetti - understandably we want our guests to be able to enjoy themselves when staying at our properties, yet please restrict from using any party confetti where possible (e.g. party poppers, confetti balloons etc.) OR please ensure you clean up fully on exit.

3. Noise Levels - Our properties are located in a residential streets, so we ask you to please be respectful of the neighbours and ensure noise levels are kept to minimum (music etc.) from 10pm onwards.

4. Cooking - Please make sure all cooking appliances are turned off and cleaned properly after use for safety purposes.

5. Garden Furniture - Please make sure the cushions are put back in boxes after use and all furniture is strapped down where applicable before check out.

6. Smoking - Strictly "No Smoking" anywhere inside the house at any time.

7. Cleanliness -on day of check out please,  turn OFF the heating and ensure the dishwasher is fully loaded and switched on in order for our cleaners to empty this ready for the next guests. Can all bin bags be placed in the green 'biffa' bin outside the property on exit.

8. Pets are not allowed on beds or in bedrooms. All Pets must stay in communal areas e.g. Kitchen, living room and downstairs utility room. (Applicable to 'The Dunes' and 'Gwylanfa').  Strictly NO PETS at 'The Royal Rest'.
